1. Scope of Service
UNIT2 deploys named Digital Employees — AI colleagues with defined roles — directly onto premises in the Netherlands. The platform enables organizations to transition from human-centric bottlenecks to high-velocity, autonomous workflows while maintaining full data sovereignty and Human-in-the-Loop control.
2. The UNIT2 Methodology: Parallel Evolution
Our deployment methodology ensures seamless adoption with zero operational risk.
Non-Disruptive Migration: We build a Digital Twin in parallel to current operations, mirroring them to ensure a seamless transition with zero operational risk.
Dual-Layer Command: Our architecture separates the Bridge (strategic layer) for reasoning from the Deck (execution layer) for technical action.
Human-in-the-Loop (HITL): Your team remains the ultimate authority; Digital Employees handle routine execution while humans provide oversight and approval for external actions.
3. Sovereign Infrastructure & Data Security
UNIT2 operates on sovereign infrastructure deployed on premises in the Netherlands.
On-Premises Deployment: UNIT2 deploys directly onto your infrastructure in the Netherlands — no data is sent to external cloud providers.
Data Sovereignty: By utilizing dedicated compute (GPU clusters) and local open-weight models, we eliminate reliance on external APIs and unpredictable token costs. Your data never leaves the Netherlands.
Proprietary Shield: We implement a proprietary feedback-shield (Operational Immune System) to protect workflows from external interference or organizational noise.
4. Regulatory Compliance & The EU AI Act
All systems are designed with full regulatory alignment in mind.
Auditable Data: Through our alignment with OceanVault, we utilize blockchain technologies to ensure AI training data remains auditable, immutable, and provable.

6. User Responsibilities
Effective use of UNIT2 requires active participation from the organization.
Guardrails: Users must implement mandatory HITL approval steps for financial transactions, external communications, and sensitive data.
